The age and consent rules for cock rating
The rules that come before any score. Who may use the site, the only photo you may send, and what the terms and the 2257 statement say happens to anything that breaks them.
The short answer
Cock rating on Rate Cock is for adults only: you must be 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Every photo you submit must show only adults who consented to its submission - in practice, only yourself. Anything involving a minor or a non-consenting person is removed and reported.

Who can use the site
The terms say the service is intended solely for adults, and set the bar at 18 or the local age of majority, whichever is higher. Using it means you represent that you meet that requirement, that you are there voluntarily, and that adult content is lawful where you are.
The privacy policy says the same thing from the data side: the service is not directed to anyone under 18, no data is knowingly collected from minors, and any such data is deleted on becoming aware of it.
Only your own photo
You keep ownership of what you submit, and you grant the site a limited licence to host and process it to generate your rating. In return, you warrant that you have the right to submit it and that every person depicted is an adult who consented to the submission.
The 2257 statement goes one step further: by submitting, you certify that everyone depicted was at least 18 when the content was created and consented to both its creation and its submission. The only photo that satisfies that without question is one of yourself, taken by you. That applies equally to the AI scan and AI judges, to a human judge order and to anything posted to the leaderboard.
What is prohibited, and what happens
The terms prohibit any content that depicts, involves or sexualises a minor or anyone who has not consented, without exception. Suspected violations are removed and reported to the relevant authorities; the 2257 statement names them as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, whose CyberTipline is the US centralised reporting system for online child exploitation, and the appropriate law-enforcement authorities.
The same section of the terms rules out using the service to harass, threaten, impersonate or defame anyone. A breach can also cost the account: the terms allow access to be suspended or terminated, with or without notice.
Who keeps the records
The site’s 2257 statement says Rate Cock does not produce, create or direct any sexually explicit content, and acts as a service provider hosting what users submit. Each user who submits content is its producer, and is solely responsible for the age and identity records the law requires for it.
The law behind that is 18 U.S.C. § 2257, which requires producers of covered material to keep records of each performer’s name and date of birth, checked against identification documents.
