One balance, every price
There is no per-feature wallet and no subscription that unlocks the site. Everything with a price on it - a rating from a judge, an AI clip, a premade clip, an arena stake - comes off the same Coin balance, and every price is shown before you commit to it.
The practical effect is that you top up once and then stop thinking about payment, which is the point. If a balance is short at the moment you buy, the top-up window opens in place rather than throwing an error and losing what you were doing.
What the individual things cost
Human judges set a standing price per medium, so the figure on the card is the figure you pay - written, audio, video and live call are each priced separately, and a medium she has not priced is not on her menu.
AI judges are priced per template rather than at a flat rate, with the price in the corner of each card. A render that fails is refunded automatically.
Custom Persona uses one monthly subscription credit if you have any left, and 12.75 Coins if you do not.
Premade clips are priced per clip by the judge who made it, and buying is once only - an owned clip never charges you again, however often you reopen it.
The Arena is the only place with a floor: entry needs a balance of at least 10 CC, and a stake is 1 CC minimum.
Two ways to a balance without a card
Rewards pays credit for completing short surveys from CPX Research. It needs an account, because a completion has to be attributed to someone, and what is available depends on what the provider currently has for your region.

Coins do not convert back
This is the one rule worth reading twice. Coins buy things inside the app and that is all they do - they do not cash out, and arena winnings land back on your balance rather than becoming money. Stake accordingly.
