Cock rating refunds and cancellations
Three situations get your Coins back, one link reaches support about any order, and the terms cover everything else. Each rule, and where it stops.
The short answer
A cock rating refund happens in three cases: an AI judge render fails, and it is refunded automatically; a human judge never delivers, and you can cancel and take the money back after 24 hours; or a judge decides not to rate you, and she refunds you herself. Everything else follows the terms.
None of the three needs you to argue for it. The sections below take them one at a time, then cover what the terms say about digital goods in general.
A failed AI render refunds itself
An AI judge takes the template price from your Coin balance when the job starts. If the generation fails, it is refunded automatically, the window tells you so, and you can retry straight away. In My Collection the failed job is badged on the AI Clips tab, so it never looks like a clip you are still waiting for.
A short balance is a different situation and not a refund at all: the generator resets and opens the top-up window rather than losing your upload.
A judge who never delivers
A human judge order charges your Coin balance there and then, when you order. If she takes the money and never delivers, you can cancel the order and take it back once 24 hours have passed.
That rule is the backstop. For anything else wrong with an order, every rating card carries a "Report a problem" link that opens a support ticket already attached to that order, so you never have to explain which one you mean. A judge who would rather not
If she decides she would rather not, she refunds you herself and the order closes. A declined order is not a lost balance, and nothing needs doing on your side.

What the terms say about everything else
Outside those rules, the terms are short: digital goods and credits are delivered electronically and, once delivered or consumed, are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law. Paid features are billed at the prices and on the terms shown at checkout.
Consumer law is where that exception comes from, and it treats streamed content in a specific way. In the EU, for example, the 14-day cooling-off right does not cover digital content you started downloading or streaming after expressly agreeing to give that right up.
In practice that makes the preview the moment to decide on a premade clip: most carry a free preview montage, and an owned clip never charges you again on any future open.
