How to delete your cock ratings and your account
What deletes itself, what you delete, what closing the account does, and the formal route when you want the service to erase your data.
The short answer
To delete your cock ratings, delete them from your rating history, or close your account: the privacy policy keeps saved ratings only until you do one of those. The photo itself you never need to delete - uploaded images are deleted shortly after your rating is generated. For anything else, email privacy@ratecock.com.
One caveat is worth knowing before you start, and it concerns the leaderboard. It gets its own section below.
What is already gone
The privacy policy says uploaded images are processed to generate your rating and are deleted shortly afterward. It does not give an exact number of minutes, so neither will we. What stays is the rating generated from the photo, not the photo.
The policy also says your data is not sold, and your uploaded images are not used to train publicly available AI models. Is it safe to send a dick pic for rating covers the rest of what happens to a photo.
Deleting a rating, and the leaderboard caveat
A saved rating is kept until you delete it. That covers everything in the shared history of AI scans and Custom Persona ratings; where your cock ratings are kept explains what is in it.
If you posted a rating to the leaderboard and then delete it, the entry stays on the board but its breakdown is no longer available. Deleting the rating does not take the row down. If you posted as a guest, the row shows as Anonymous; how to share your cock rating score covers that choice.
Closing your account
The terms say you can stop using the service and close your account at any time. Closing it ends the retention of saved ratings, which the policy keeps only until you delete them or close your account.
Two things outlast it. Account and transaction records are kept as long as they are needed for the purposes in the policy or as the law requires, and the sections of the terms that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.
Making a formal request
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict some processing, and to withdraw consent. Requests go to privacy@ratecock.com, and you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Deletion rights have limits wherever they exist. In the UK, the regulator’s guidance on the right to get your data deleted says an organisation has one calendar month to respond, and can refuse where it has a legal obligation to keep the data - which is the same reason transaction records outlive an account here.
