What happens after you order a rating
From the moment you pay to the moment you watch it: the charge, the wait, where the rating lands, and what happens when something goes wrong.
The short answer
How long a cock rating takes depends on who makes it. An AI judge clip renders in a couple of minutes. A human judge delivers when she has done it, and if she never does, you can cancel after 24 hours and take the money back. Either way, delivery lands in My Collection.
The details differ enough between human judges and AI judges that they get a section each below.
Human judge: charged at once, delivered by her
When you order, your Coin balance is charged there and then. There is no quote step and nothing to approve - the price on the card is what comes off. If your balance is short, the top-up window opens instead of the order failing.
The judge then makes your rating in the medium you picked. When the verdict lands, you read, watch or download it from My Collection on the Ratings tab. Text, audio, video or live call covers what each medium gives you.
If a human order goes wrong
If she takes the order and never delivers, you can cancel and take it back after 24 hours. If she decides she would rather not rate you, she refunds you herself and the order closes. A declined order does not cost you your balance.
For anything else, every rating card carries a "Report a problem" link that opens a support ticket already attached to that order. Consumer law backs this up in some places too - in the EU, for instance, you can ask for a price reduction or end the contract when digital content is faulty or not as described and the supplier cannot fix it.
AI judge: charged at the start, ready in minutes
An AI judge takes the template price from your Coin balance when the job starts. If your balance is short, the generator resets and opens the top-up window rather than losing your upload.
The render takes a couple of minutes. Wait it out and play the clip in the window, or find it later in My Collection on the AI Clips tab, where jobs still rendering show a spinner.
If a render fails, it is refunded automatically, the window tells you so, and you can retry straight away. Failed jobs are badged in your collection so nothing is left ambiguous.
Where everything ends up
Judge ratings sit under Ratings, AI clips under AI Clips, and bought premade clips under Clips - all in My Collection. Videos play through short-lived signed links minted fresh each time you open one, so the file itself is never exposed by a URL.
