When each thing is charged

A human judge order is charged there and then. You pick a medium, attach up to three photos, add a note if you want one and pay, and there is nothing to wait for or approve - the price on her card is the price.

What happens to your card details

The terms say paid features are billed at the prices and on the terms shown at checkout, exclusive of any taxes the site is required to collect, and that you authorise the site and its payment processors to charge your chosen method.

The privacy policy says the payment processors collect the details needed to complete a transaction, and full card numbers are not stored by the site. Card handling across the industry is governed by the PCI Data Security Standard, which applies to any organisation that stores, processes or transmits cardholder data.

When money comes back, and when it does not

A failed AI render is refunded automatically. A judge who never delivers can be cancelled after 24 hours and the money taken back, and a judge who would rather not rate you refunds you herself.
